By accessing and/or using the Jamnica website, the User acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and agrees with the Statement on privacy and confidentiality of data (hereinafter: Privacy Statement) and how to use the Jamnica website. If the User does not agree with them, he/she must refrain from using them, leave and not access and/or use the Jamnica website.
Jamnica is authorized to amend the Privacy Statement at any time by publishing the amended text of the Privacy Statement on the Jamnica website. Amendments to the Privacy Statement shall take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Any use of this website by the End User after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of such amendments.
The User undertakes to review the Privacy Statement from time to time in order to acquaint himself/herself with any amendments. Should the User use the website after the Privacy Statement has been amended, it is assumed that he/she has acquainted himself/herself with the amendments, that he/she understands them and accepts them in their entirety. We exclude liability for any damages caused to users, registered users, or third parties as a result of such amendments.
Jamnica collects personal information that identify the Users of the website. When the User engages in certain activities on the Jamnica website, such as opening a user account, subscribing to a newsletter, posting content and/or publishing text on the forum, participating in contests organized by Jamnica, participating in polls, posting comments, sending feedback to Jamnica, browsing for information on Jamnica’s products and services, uploading video clips, Jamnica may request from the User to provide specific information about himself/herself. The User shall not be obliged to participate in the above activities. If the User decides to participate, Jamnica shall be authorized to request the following personal information: Name and surname, address (including zip code), e-mail address, phone number and date of birth, and picture.
Jamnica is authorized to collect information that do not identify a specific End User, including the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website visited by the User before opening the Jamnica website, the URL of the website visited by the User after leaving the Jamnica website, the browser type the User is using and the User’s Internet Protocol (IP) address. Authorized service providers and advertisers can automatically collect this information when visiting the Jamnica website, through cookies and other tools. Jamnica uses such data solely for troubleshooting, website administration, trend analysis, demographic data collection, analysis of compliance with legislation in force, and collaboration with law enforcement agencies. Depending on the types of activity, some information is designated as mandatory, and some as voluntary. If the User does not provide mandatory information for a particular activity, he/she will not be allowed to participate in such activity. Jamnica will not collect personal information through its website, in particular: name and surname, address, telephone number or e-mail address of the user, unless the User voluntarily submits them, registers or submits them via a poll, consents to it and/or if this is permitted by valid privacy protection laws and regulations.
4. Personal information publication
Jamnica will not share identifying personal information with other parties, but may share information about the Users with the affiliates of the Jamnica Group.
Jamnica provides certain services and products through third parties. Third party service providers perform certain activities on behalf of Jamnica, such as sending and distributing Jamnica’s administrative and promotional e-mails. Jamnica may share the User’s personal information with such Service Providers for the purpose of completing orders, delivering packages, sending mails and e-mails, managing contests, removing duplicate information from the customer lists, analyzing data, providing advertising services, providing search results and links, processing credit card payments, managing websites, troubleshooting, and providing customer services.
If the User does not want his/her personal information to be used to support relationships with business partners and clients (especially for direct marketing or market research), Jamnica will respect the User’s decision. Jamnica does not sell personal identification data nor markets them to third parties, except for Jamnica’s affiliates.
The User is authorized to change any personal information by sending an e-mail or modifying the user profile. In the e-mail, the User has to provide the name, surname, address and e-mail address, as well as the information he/she wants to supplement. The User may also request deletion or removal of information on his/her account at any time. The User acknowledges that Jamnica cannot delete information related to past transactions on the Jamnica website.
Jamnica shall undertake technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, as well as from unauthorized disclosure or access.
The User can access personal information on the Jamnica website with a password and an e-mail address. It is recommended that the User not disclose his/her password to third parties. The User is familiar with the fact that no data transfer over the Internet, or any wireless network, can be 100% secure. Although Jamnica implements commercially reasonable measures for data protection, it cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from our website and it is not responsible for the actions of any third party receiving such information.
Jamnica shall be authorized to store cookies on your computer that contain information on the User used to save the User’s time while using the Jamnica website, to track and route the User’s interests for the purpose of providing services tailored to each User. The cookies also collect Users’ personal information. Jamnica uses third party advertising agencies for showing advertisements on the Jamnica website. This Privacy Statement relates only to the use and publishing of information Jamnica collects from Users. Other websites that can be accessed via Jamnica website have their own statements on privacy and data collection, as well as on how such data are used and published on them. Jamnica shall not be responsible for the manners and conditions of third-party activities.
Minors may participate in promotional activities solely and exclusively with the consent of a parent, guardian or custodian. Jamnica shall not consciously collect or retain information – personal data of children under the age of 14, without insisting on obtaining parental consent, if so required by applicable law. Jamnica shall use or publish personal data of children only if so permitted by the law, with the consent of the parent according to local laws or regulations.
This Statement shall apply from 1 April 2017 until Jamnica revokes it.
