“I’ve worked at Jamnica for the past 10 beautiful years, and in that period I’ve learned a lot and met many interesting people. For the first 6 years I worked in the HoReCa channel which is fast paced and interesting in itself, as it entails a lot of field work and that means not a single day is the same. I spent the last 4 years in the Retail channel, which is also very interesting, but it does differ slightly from HoReCa, which helps me gain new experiences. If you’re a team player, then you can both learn and achieve a lot through collaboration with your younger and more experienced colleagues.

The company is well structured in terms of job positions, so everyone knows their job and duties. I’ve been employed at the company since 2002, at first in the production sector, and a few years later I moved to the logistics sector. I currently hold the position of Warehouse Shift Manager, but effective 1 May 2021, I will be taking the position of Kiseljak/Sara Plant Warehouse Manager.

What I particularly like is the new company structure and operative functioning as implemented in the Beverages Group where I believe that, through effort and commitment, everyone can have an important role in the company as a whole. The answer to this question depends on the number of candidates applying for the competition and the position you are applying for. Of course, if you meet the conditions o the tender, you can expect a call within 15 working days.
