“My career at the Beverages Group began in 2020 when I was appointed to the position of Senior Trademark Manager for Mg Mivela. Prior to joining the Beverages Group, I’d worked at marketing agencies for more than 10 years, where I’d crossed the path from a junior position to that of a chief executive, which entailed performing a variety of jobs and leading large teams. When I got the chance to work at the Beverages Group, I didn’t have any second thoughts, as I was sure that an opportunity to lead such a brand as this doesn’t present itself too often. The possibility of further professional development and gaining new knowledge and skills is what motivated me to make the change and take this position.

“I’ve worked at Jamnica for the past 10 beautiful years, and in that period I’ve learned a lot and met many interesting people. For the first 6 years I worked in the HoReCa channel which is fast paced and interesting in itself, as it entails a lot of field work and that means not a single day is the same. I spent the last 4 years in the Retail channel, which is also very interesting, but it does differ slightly from HoReCa, which helps me gain new experiences. If you’re a team player, then you can both learn and achieve a lot through collaboration with your younger and more experienced colleagues.
The company is well structured in terms of job positions, so everyone knows their job and duties. Throughout the year there’s always a possibility of a promotion to other positions, as well as opportunities for professional development in the form of workshops and expert programmes taking place all over Croatia, so there’s also lots of travelling and spending quality time with colleagues. “I’ve worked at Jamnica as a Sales Representative for more than 4 years Before my current job I’ve worked in the catering industry for years, and I was familiar with the products distributed by Jamnica, so I was confident that I was qualified for the job. In 2016, there was a Sales Representative job opening at Jamnica, so I sent my CV, went through several rounds of interviews, and since 2017 I’ve been a proud employee of the most developed company in Croatia. In the beginning it wasn’t easy, as I needed to cross over to ‘the other side of the counter’, but since everyone at Jamnica is very friendly and accommodating,
I was up to speed in no time and gained a wealth of experience which then led me to ‘the most demanding area’ of the HoReCa sector – the centre of Zagreb where I currently work. What I like the most about my job is the ‘freedom’ it provides, as we are allowed to manage our own time, accomplish our own results, which then influence our stimulation, and personal development is always supported by the company by way of expert teams available in all sectors and segments of the business.”

I’ve been employed at Sarajevski kiseljak for more than 2 years, and my current position is that of Independent Process Automation Engineer. When applying for a job at the company I didn’t have any expectations as I lacked industry experience, but working on large-scale projects, new professional knowledge gained on a daily basis,
monthly stimulations based on performance, and the possibility of promotion motivate me to keep working at Sarajevski kiseljak. What I also like is the combination of office and field work (monitoring the workflow of production lines) which additionally fosters my ongoing professional development.

I’ve been employed at the company since 2002, at first in the production sector, and a few years later I moved to the logistics sector. I currently hold the position of Warehouse Shift Manager, but effective 1 May 2021, I will be taking the position of Kiseljak/Sara Plant Warehouse Manager.
What I particularly like is the new company structure and operative functioning as implemented in the Beverages Group where I believe that, through effort and commitment, everyone can have an important role in the company as a whole. Also, the focus is on young people who are given lots of space to advance professionally, which is why I definitely see myself working at this company in the future.

The recruitment procedure differs depending on the job applied for; however, you may expect some of the following:

  • Situational task
  • An interview with a Human Resources employee
